My work at The Britannia Clinic has taught me the complexity and pace of life is increasing and the stresses that we experience are varied. In order to retain a sense of wholeness and well-being, I felt new tools were needed to help us stay healthy. As a result, in December 1993 I launched C-1 FilmProductions with the intention of producing and promoting programs of "Hope and Healing". Over the past 12 years, we have been able to fulfill that dream and today we have a collection of quality programs to offer you. It is my pleasure to send this first edition of the C-1 Filmnewsletter and to celebrate our 12th anniversary.

I began this process and this company with very little knowledge of production and marketing, but I had a deep interest in providing thought-provoking and inspiring programs to help in the healing process. I still have that commitment and I am very pleased with the line up of programs that we offer. I know they have substantial value!

After airing on Wisdom Television for four years "The Workshop in Spirituality" series has gone on to be used in controlled scientific medical research. This project studied the benefits of this program on distress and stress levels of a large group of people. The results of this research can be found online. This program is now being used in a second study on the effects and benefits of this program on depression.

The Choices series continues to be distributed and utilized in a number of educational markets and is an integral part of the facilitation work that I do at the Banff Centre.

It is my distinct honor and pleasure to provide programs to help deepen the understanding of our human journey and provide physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual support. It is a privilege to watch people bring health, peace and joy into their lives once again.

As technology has advanced we are now able to provide an MP3 download for some of our audio programs. We have begun this with the "Workshop in Spirituality Part 3" program featuring Nancy Clasby. This 50 minute mediation for healing is a well established program. It has been utilized in the original research program to study the benefits of this series on reducing stress and distress in our lives. You can now download this to your computer and transfer it to your MP3 player for easy, private listening.

For a breath of fresh air....Sanuvox

As the winter season is now upon us, our houses are sealed from the outside cold. Fresh air and re-circulating clean air is critical to maintaining our good health. Most furnaces have some sort of dust filter or mechanism to protect the motor of the furnace and hopefully, the people who live in the house.
