Shopping First, find the item on the home page that you are interested in and click the product icon. To add items to your shopping cart, click on the "add" icon appearing on the page of the item you are viewing. Each time you add an item, you will return to the home page where your shopping cart contents are displayed. When you are ready to confirm and submit your order, click the "check-out" button. You are then able to review the contents of your shopping cart, and delete or change the quantity or individual items. Once your cart is the way you want it, follow the easy checkout instructions (below your cart) and your order will be placed.

Volume Orders The checkout automatically calculates volume discounts for you based on the subtotal before shipping and taxes. The calculation appears at the final Order Summary step. Volume discount rates are: 5% on orders between $250 and $499, 10% on orders between $500 and $749, 15% on orders between $750 and $999, and 20% on orders of $1,000 or more. This checkout discount does not apply to Sanuvox products.

Payment You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. All prices are quoted in Canadian funds. If you live outside of Canada, your credit card statement shows the total cost of your order converted to your currency.

Secure Payment Processing All transactions are processed with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to ensure privacy and integrity of your order information. SSL has been referred to as "the most advanced online ordering security system available". In fact, there is a greater chance of having your credit card number intercepted by a third party when you use your credit card over the phone or in a restaurant or store.

Shipping Orders are shipped by Canada Post, which uses Purolator for international deliveries. During checkout, you choose the speed and place of delivery you require and the checkout calculates the mode of transportation, expected delivery date and cost. Delivery date is a combination of Canada Post delivery standards and C-1 Film’s fulfillment time, which is 3 business days. Delivery dates outside Canada are approximations that do not include delays due to customs regulations. The shipping cost is the cost of shipping using Canada Post’s services and C-1 Film’s handling costs.

Duty, Customs and Taxes Orders billed to Canadian residents are subject to the Canadian GST (Goods & Services Tax) or HST (Harmonized Sales Tax in participating provinces). Orders shipped to international destinations may be subject to applicable duty and customs charges, which are your responsibility.

Cancellation You can cancel your order without obligation if you don’t receive your order within 30 days of the delivery date specified by Canada Post or an amended delivery date agreed by you and Canada Post.

Defective or Damaged Goods Your satisfaction is important to C1 Film Productions Corp. All products manufactured or distributed by us are guaranteed against defect. Defective products may be returned for exchange within 14 days of your receipt. To initiate an exchange, you must contact us in advance with notification that you would like to exchange a defective product. When the exchange is authorized we provide you with return shipping details.

Returns Within 14 days of delivery of your order (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to C-1 Film Productions Corp, for any reason other than defect or damage, for a full refund:

* Any book in its original condition
* Any unopened (still in its packaging) CD, DVD, or VHS tape

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 14 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at C-1 Film Productions Corp. We cannot exchange items.

We do not refund original shipping charges, however, we will pay the cost of the return shipping only if the return is a result of our error.

Refunds are processed upon our receipt and acceptance of the original order, including original packaging, in the amount equal to the value of the product(s) and any applicable taxes. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
